On your private Progressive Lunch Tour, your group will learn all about our regenerative silvopasture farm and how we cultivate a diverse ecosystem that benefits both the land and the animals. Visit the chickens, say hello to the sheep, check out the market garden, and get a sneak peek at our distillery. At each stop along the way, indulge in a tasting, every bite and each sip showcasing the exceptional flavors harvested directly from our fields. The tour ends with a seated lunch of seasonal frittata, a freshly picked salad, and farm-baked focaccia.
